Don't get me wrong, the Apple Cider and Donuts are DELICIOUS, but it seems as if the rest of the place has gone down hill. The pumpkins are very overpriced and there are run down carnival games in the Fall. The place has not been kept up well the past 5 years or so and I would prefer to drive the extra 30 minutes to go to Wiard's when I'm going to take the kids to the Orchard.

The Apple Cider Mill in Dexter is a sight for the senses! Smells of apples and cinnamon fill the crisp air. Apple Cider is made, served and sold daily. It's worth a trip to Dexter to enjoy a cup. Awesome photographic possibilities here also.

Apple Charlie's is a great place to go for apples in the fall. What a fun time picking apples, or getting cider from the mill. School children take field trips here during the week, so it may be crowded.
They are located on S Huron River Dr., are easy to find, and the staff is helpful and friendly.
